How to identify different skin types?


1) Oily skin: Features: thick skin, obvious pores, some pores are exceptionally large, like orange skin. More sebum secretion, especially on the face and T area ; Rough skin, susceptible to pollution; weak antibacterial functioning, prone to acne; Poor adhesion, makeup easily comes off; However, it can help to protect from external stimuli, not as easy to age, and wrinkles will appear later on the face.   2) Neutral skin: The skin is smooth, shiny, with fine pores, moderate moisture and looks rosy, smooth, flawless and elastic. It is not sensitive to external stimuli, wrinkles will not easily appear, and makeup does not comes off easily. This is more common in adolescent girls. After 30 years old, it becomes easier to have dry skin.   3) Dry skin: The skin is fine, thin, the pores are not obvious, the sebum secretion is less and uniform, and there is no greasy feeling. The skin is dry and looks clean, delicate and beautiful. This kind of skin is not easy to produce acne, and has strong adhesion, and makeup does not comes off easily. However, dry skin cannot withstand external stimuli, such as wind and sun, etc., after the stimulation of the skin, it will flush or even feel burning pain. It is easy to age and have wrinkles appearing, especially in front of the eyes and at the corners of the mouth.


4) Mixed skin: At the same time, there are two different types of skin that exist, hence it is mixed skin. Generally, it is oily in the forehead, nose, and chin, with large pores, more oil secretion, and even acne, while other parts such as the cheeks will show the characteristics of a dry or neutral skin.   5) Sensitive skin: The skin is delicate and fair, with less sebum secretion and drier. Its remarkable feature is that it is easy to cause skin allergies after contact with cosmetic products, and it is red, swollen and itchy. It can also sensitive to the sun ray, flower pollen, mosquito bites and high-protein foods.   6) Problematic skin: Suffering from acne, rosacea, chloasma, freckles and other problems, but not contagious, and harmful to health, collectively they are referred to as problematic skin.
