Reservations:
We recommend advance booking for your preferred date & time to avoid disappointed. For private parties, we need at least one-month advance notice. A credit card number is required for booking of private parties.
Special Attention:
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any medical complications, may we advise you to consult the doctor before undergoing any spa treatments. Please inform our spa consultants of your medical conditions.
Smoking & Alcohol:
Out of consideration for other visitors, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the spa premises.
Valuables:
A pouch will be provided for you to keep your valuables by your side during your treatment. However, we recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the lost of money or valuables brought into the spa premises.
To get the most out of your spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. That way you will have time to relax beforehand and enjoy our spa facilities. All treatments start punctually at the scheduled time. If you are late, there will simply be less time available for your treatment, thus reducing your enjoyment and its effectiveness. There will be no reduction in treatment charges due to late arrival.
We accept cash, Nets and all major credit cards. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. Major banks interest free monthly installment plans available.
Refund Policy:
Treatment packages and paid sales receipts are non-refundable.
There are ample changing facilities at the spa, so you can arrive wearing your normal clothes.
Robes/towels and slippers are provided for your comfort before and after treatment. During treatment your body will be fully draped except for the area being worked on, but please feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you.
Although the minimum age is normally 18 years, we are happy to provide advice regarding suitable treatments for teens.
We kindly request that mobile phones and pagers be switched off at all times in the spa outlet.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available at all our outlets. Please approach our consultants for more information.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us six hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 24 hours' notice. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.
